Management

At Image Builders, we have an established management structure fully capable of meeting all project objectives. All projects are the direct responsibility of the Project Managers with reporting lines directly to the company president. This structure allows for immediate attention to "hot spots" which might occur, a direct channel to top management for priority correction and minimum project impact. The management structure and organization of Image Builders and Associates, Inc. has been designed to specifically execute various ongoing projects while, at the same time, developing new business and implementing the start up phase for new projects.
